Process

    1. Tribe first registers ASM Pharmacy as a designated contract pharmacy with HRSA.
    2. Tribe submits prescription to ASM Pharmacy via ePrescribe, to dispense.
    3. Claim is adjudicated from ASM software that collects applicable co-pay from the patient. 
    4. ASM mails medication to the patient
    5. ASM remits insurance and co-pay collections to Tribe, after covering drug cost and dispensing fees.

NEXT STEPS

  1. Sign contract for pre-packaged.
  2. Obtain actual script volume by NDC.
  3. Obtain Tribe’s site NPI, NABP, and register with PBM (ASM will do as much as possible and guide the Tribe through the rest).
  4. Register mail-order with HRSA.
  5. ASM will set up web-based solutions and confirm own formularies.
  6. Go live on pre-packaged.
